Washington, D.C. (Nov. 22, 2024) – Today, Blockchain Association, on behalf of its nearly 100 members, submitted a letter to President-elect Trump and the new Congress outlining priorities impacting the digital asset industry to consider in the first 100 days.
Key priorities include:
- Establish a crypto regulatory framework.
- End the debanking of crypto and blockchain technology companies.
- Appoint a new SEC chair and roll back SAB 121.
- Appoint new leadership at the Treasury Department and IRS.
- Develop a crypto advisory council to work with Congress and federal regulatory agencies.
