The passage of overwhelmingly bipartisan market structure legislation out of the House of Representatives sends a clear message that the United States should be the global leader in digital assets. The CLARITY Act offers much needed regulatory certainty that is crucial for our industry to foster innovation and for blockchain technology to thrive in the U.S.
We applaud Chairman French Hill, Chairman G.T. Thompson, Congressman Dusty Johnson, Congressman Bryan Steil and their dedicated staff for crafting this legislation and working tirelessly to ensure this bill has the support needed to get across the finish line. We are also grateful to Ranking Member Angie Craig, Congressman Don Davis, Congressman Ritchie Torres, and many others for their efforts.
