Blockchain Association Member Spotlight – Dinari
Dinari is a financial infrastructure company enabling the issuance, distribution and trading of tokenized equities. In 2026, the company significantly expanded its U.S. operations and market presence, growing its team across institutional business, product, engineering and go-to-market functions while building the infrastructure to bring tokenized securities into the U.S. financial system. In August, Dinari became the first company to make tokenized U.S. stocks broadly available to eligible investors in the United States, with more than 700 U.S. stocks and ETFs, including every constituent of the S&P 500. As part of that expansion, Dinari partnered with Circle to enable eligible U.S. investors to purchase tokenized U.S. equities using USDC through supported self-custody wallets and receive eligible dividends in USDC.
Dinari’s growth comes as the United States takes significant steps toward establishing a market structure for tokenized securities. In September, the SEC issued its Innovation Exemption to facilitate trading of tokenized NMS stocks through new Tokenized Securities Venues, while requiring eligible tokenized stocks to preserve the same rights and privileges as their traditional counterparts. That approach aligns with the principles underlying Dinari’s dShares™ model, which is designed to preserve applicable shareholder rights, including dividends, voting and corporate actions. As Dinari continues to expand its U.S. footprint, the company is focused on building the infrastructure to connect traditional capital markets with new forms of distribution, trading and settlement and help position the United States at the forefront of the next generation of financial markets.
